Assistance
TEB ARVAL assists your drivers 7 days a week and 24 hours a day in case of an emergency. For drivers who become immobilized because of accident, breakdown, maintenance, repair, etc. in any part of Turkey, towing service is provided with the help of agreed tow companies. To benefit from the service, it is enough to call our dedicated phone number (+90 212 444 2724). Towing service is given without any limitation on mileage; the vehicle is towed from the immobilization point to the nearest service station.

TEB ARVAL has established a 24/7 call center to ensure continuity in service quality. Composed of dedicated experts, the center is supported by specific processes and an adhoc software developed by Arval. The call center works closely with the sales department to ensure superior customer service. Drivers can call the center anytime they want and receive help. TEB ARVAL’s modern telephone exchange enables quick contact with a suitable person.

Depreciation
Depreciation means allocation of value over a period of time. Accounting depreciation is used to assign the acquisition price or the manufacturing cost of fixed or intangible assets to the useful time. The total of capital allowance is called amortization. In case of long-term rental (operating lease) capital allowance is conducted by the lessor.
